Welcome to Cyrus Webtech, a Shopify Expert Agency. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website (cyruswebtech.com) and any services we provide. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

We set up Shopify stores and customize them. We improve speed, handle SEO, manage Shopify Plus, and assist with migrations. We also provide ongoing support. All work is based on a clear scope, timeline, and pricing that we agree on before starting the project.

2. Payments

  • In accordance with the agreement, all invoices must be paid on time.
  • PayPal, Upwork, bank transfers, and other safe ways to pay are accepted.
  • Work may be halted or delayed as a result of late or missed payments.

3. Revisions & Timelines

We allow revisions as specified in the project scope. Additional revisions outside the scope may lead to extra charges. Delivery timelines may change because of client delays or unexpected technical issues.

4. Client Responsibilities

Customers should provide necessary access, material and timely response. The delay in communication or asset distribution can affect the project program.

5. Ownership & Portfolio Use

After full payment, the final deliverables belong to the clients. Unless otherwise requested, Cyrus Webtech retains the right to include non-confidential work in our portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

All project information that is shared is treated as confidential, and we won't share it without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Indirect damages, data or revenue loss, or problems brought on by third-party apps or services are not Cyrus Webtech's responsibility.

8. Termination

We maintain the right to reject or stop services for nonpayment, abuse, or terms violations. All unpaid invoices will continue to be due.

9. Third-Party Tools

We might make use of tools or apps from third parties. Their individual providers are in charge of their terms and performance.

10. Changes to Terms

Periodically, these terms might be modified. This page will be updated with any changes. You agree to the updated terms if you keep using our services.
